We operate FigFeed platform (including Figgili, Carrizz, Khero, Nasad, Cyray, and Buty), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and StarCat.dev Kft., concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.
We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Services do not support peer-to-peer payments, tipping, or the sale of user-generated or exclusive content through the platform.
The Services provide video hosting, listing, discovery, and contact-access tools. Through the Services, the Company does not act as a seller, buyer, broker, agent, or payment intermediary in transactions or arrangements between users. Any communication or agreement entered into after users connect takes place independently of the Services, and the Company does not process payment for it.
The Services are generally available without a subscription, and advertisements may be shown during free browsing. Where offered, users may make one-time purchases of virtual credits ("Credits") through the payment options presented in the applicable Service. There are no monthly or annual subscription charges.
Purchased Credits are added automatically to the user's account, normally shortly after Stripe confirms successful payment. If purchased Credits are not delivered, the user should contact us at info@starcat.dev so that we can investigate and provide the applicable remedy under our Refund Policy.
Credits may be used for features made available in the applicable Service, including ad-free browsing, AI-assisted search, access to contact details voluntarily provided for that purpose, and video uploads. The initial Credit prices for these actions are one (1) Credit for video playback, three (3) Credits for AI-assisted search, ten (10) Credits for access to contact details, and fifty (50) Credits for a video upload. Watching your own video and creating a shareable link are free. Current Credit costs are displayed on the pricing page of the applicable Service before use and may change from time to time.
Credits may be used to access contact details that a user voluntarily provided for this purpose. Credits cannot be used to send messages, unlock conversations or matches, obtain introductions, or compensate another user. Unlocking contact details does not initiate communication or create a match or introduction, and the user who provided the contact details receives no payment or Credits.
Credits are limited, revocable rights to use designated features within the FigFeed tenant in which they were obtained. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged, or used outside that tenant. Credits do not represent a bank account, currency, property right, or claim against the Company.
The Company may provide free or promotional Credits, including Credits granted upon registration. Promotional Credits are not purchased, have no monetary value, and are not eligible for a cash refund.
Payments for Credits are made solely to the Company. Uploaders and other users do not receive any portion of Credit purchases or Credits spent through the Services. The Services do not facilitate peer-to-peer payments, tipping, paid or exclusive user-generated content, or the purchase of content or services from another user.
Credit purchases and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference. Nothing in these Legal Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
We own or license the source code, databases, software, functionality, designs, branding, and other materials created or provided by us (collectively, the "Company Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained in the Services (the "Marks"). Company Content does not include content uploaded by users.
Company Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Subject to these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Company Content for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purposes.
Except as permitted by these Legal Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services, Company Content, or Marks without our prior written permission. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not apply to content uploaded through the Services.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are at least 18 years old; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
"User Content" means videos, audio, images, text, profile or listing information, and other material that you upload or make available through the Services. User Content may be visible to other users or through shared links. You must own your User Content or have all rights and permissions necessary to upload it, including permission from anyone whose image, voice, or personal information appears in it.
You retain ownership of your User Content and are responsible for it and its legality.
By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcode, display, stream, and make it available solely as necessary to provide, operate, secure, and moderate the Services, including through service providers acting on our behalf.
This license ends when the User Content or your account is deleted, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of or endorse User Content.
Users must also comply with our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination of access to the Services.
All videos are reviewed by a human moderator before publication. Beyond this pre-publication review, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your User Content or any portion thereof; and (4) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the laws of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@starcat.dev so that we can try to resolve the dispute informally. This does not limit your right to seek any legal remedy available under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before any court competent under applicable law, and nothing in these Legal Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
If you are not a consumer, the courts of Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Legal Terms.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims and losses resulting from your User Content, your infringement of another person's rights, your unlawful use of the Services, or your material breach of these Legal Terms.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services.
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. If any provision or part of a provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Legal Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
