These Community Guidelines are FigFeed's Acceptable Use Policy and apply to all users of our Services. By using any FigFeed application, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
All videos are reviewed by a human moderator for compliance with these guidelines before they are published. Videos that violate these guidelines will not be published, and attempts to evade moderation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Content must be genuine and accurately represent what it shows or offers. Do not impersonate others, create fake or misleading profiles or listings, or misrepresent any person, item, property, service, or other subject.
Treat every user with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality is strictly prohibited.
You must have the freely given consent and all necessary permissions of every person whose image, voice, video, contact details, or other personal information you submit or share through the Services.
Sexual violence, non-consensual sexual activity, intimate-image abuse, stalking, coercion, doxxing, and sharing or threatening to share another person's videos, images, contact details, location, or personal information without permission are strictly prohibited.
Do not post nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or any material that is offensive, harmful, or illegal. Content must be suitable for a general audience.
Figgili is a dating, friendship, and sports-partner discovery service. It is not an adult-content or sexual-services platform. Users may not use Figgili or any other FigFeed Service to offer, advertise, solicit, arrange, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, sexual services, fetish services, adult live chat, or any other adult content or service.
Human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, grooming, and the recruitment of any person for prostitution or other sexual services are strictly prohibited. Users may not upload content that promotes, solicits, arranges, or facilitates any such activity.
Pay-per-message arrangements, paid introductions, sugar-daddy or sugar-baby arrangements, compensated dating, paid companionship, and any offer or request for payment in exchange for a date, companionship, or romantic or social relationship are prohibited. Credits cannot be used for these arrangements, and users do not receive payment or Credits when another user unlocks their voluntarily provided contact details.
Content or conduct that promotes, supports, praises, or glorifies terrorism, violent extremist organizations, or extremist violence is prohibited. This includes recruitment, propaganda, threats, incitement, instructions, fundraising, and other material support.
Such content will be rejected or removed, and associated accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated. Credible threats or indications of imminent harm may be reported to the appropriate authorities as permitted or required by applicable law.
Do not post spam, duplicate or misleading listings, or unrelated promotional content. Do not use any Service for purposes outside its intended function.
Our Services are intended only for users aged 18 and older. Users under 18 may not use the Services or upload content. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to delete the associated data, subject to applicable legal preservation requirements.
During pre-publication human review, moderators look for indications of underage use, including where a user may have falsely confirmed being 18 or older. We also investigate reports of suspected underage users through the reporting process below. Any reasonable concern is reviewed by at least one additional moderator using the relevant video and available account or report information.
The affected video is withheld from publication or removed from public view while the concern is reviewed. Where the concern relates to the account holder's age, the account is also restricted pending review. If the reasonable concern remains unresolved after review, we reject the video and, where applicable, maintain the account restriction. Confirmed underage accounts are deactivated as described above. Users may appeal through the appeals process below.
Child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") and any content that depicts, sexualizes, exploits, grooms, solicits, or otherwise inappropriately targets a minor are strictly prohibited. Suspected CSAM will be rejected before publication or removed immediately if discovered later and will never knowingly be made available through the Services.
The associated account will be immediately suspended, relevant records will be preserved as required or permitted by applicable law, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authorities as required by applicable law. Attempts to upload or re-upload such material will result in permanent account termination.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines or raises a safety concern, please email us at info@figfeed.cloud with relevant details, such as the username, a link or description identifying the content, the date, and a brief description of the issue. Reports involving an immediate safety risk should be clearly identified as urgent.
Reports are reviewed by an authorized human moderator or member of the operations team. The reviewer examines the reported content, the available account information and history, and assesses the report against these Community Guidelines and our Terms of Use.
We target resolution of standard reports within two business days. Urgent safety reports are prioritized for resolution as soon as possible, with a target of within 24 hours. These are target response times rather than guaranteed deadlines, and complex or legally sensitive cases may require additional time.
If a violation is confirmed, we may remove or disable the content and, depending on the severity or recurrence of the violation, warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the associated account.
A user may appeal a content removal, suspension, or account termination by emailing info@figfeed.cloud from the email address associated with the account. The appeal should identify the affected account or content, describe the decision being appealed, and include any relevant explanation or evidence.
An authorized member of our team will conduct a fresh review of the original decision and the information submitted with the appeal. We target resolution of appeals within five business days. Complex or legally sensitive appeals may require additional time.
The affected content or account will remain unavailable or restricted while the appeal is reviewed. If the appeal is accepted, we will reverse the enforcement action where legally and technically appropriate. If the appeal is denied, the removal or account restriction will remain in effect and the user will be informed of the decision.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
