These guidelines explain how authorized law enforcement and government authorities may submit requests concerning the FigFeed platform, including Figgili, Carrizz, Khero, Nasad, Cyray, and Buty (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by StarCat.dev Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
We disclose user information only in response to valid legal process, an enforceable government request, or where disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. Each request must be issued by an authorized authority, identify its legal basis, and be signed or otherwise authenticated by an authorized official.
Requests should be clear, specific, and proportionate, and should include:
We may request clarification, additional documentation, or verification of authority before processing a request. Overbroad, informal, or legally insufficient requests may be challenged or rejected.
Requests should be sent to info@starcat.dev from an official government or law enforcement email address. Email is provided for delivery convenience and does not waive any objection, legal requirement, or applicable service requirement.
If there is a good-faith emergency involving an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, an authorized authority may mark the request as "EMERGENCY" and explain the nature of the emergency, why the requested information is necessary to prevent the harm, and why ordinary legal process cannot be obtained in time.
Submitting an emergency request does not guarantee disclosure. We assess each request under applicable law and the circumstances presented.
We may preserve specified records in response to a valid preservation request where required or permitted by applicable law. A preservation request must identify the account or records with sufficient specificity and state the legal basis and requested preservation period. Preservation does not itself authorize disclosure.
Unless prohibited by law or where notice would create a risk of harm, we may notify the affected user of a request and provide an opportunity to seek legal protection. Any request for confidentiality or delayed notice should identify the legal basis and duration of the restriction.
The Company will report suspected child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") to an appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authority where required by applicable law. We may also make a good-faith report where permitted by applicable law if we identify suspected CSAM, child sexual exploitation, human or sex trafficking, or an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury.
In such cases, we will preserve relevant account, content, and transaction records where required by applicable law and may preserve them where permitted by applicable law. Any disclosure will be limited to information reasonably necessary to report the incident, protect affected persons, comply with law, or cooperate with the competent authority.
